Our health care consultants coordinate health education services and provide community health assessments, consultation, training, and technical assistance in health education or communication to improve healthcare organizations business and health care performance. Our consultants identify resources to implement and evaluate health education and communication programs to develop and deliver strategies by writing guides, creating surveys, and using various research methods to reduce organizational time and improve performance.
Our public health consultants assist local, state, and federal public health officials and other health provider officials in the review, analysis, and development of programs and services. Our consultants provide services in such areas as disaster preparedness, water, sanitation and health, occupational health, women and men reproductive health care, eye health, maternal and child health, substance abuse, chronic disease detection/treatment/prevention, health screening, health education, environmental health impact assessment and primary care.
Our strategy consultantsare organizational physiologists that collaborate with management to assess the market and resources to identify solutions to problems related to future activities of the organization allowing sustainability in the global marketplace. As organizational physiologists, our consultants determine how people, policies, resources, and systems perform activities within the organizational system to implement and develop a comprehensive plan.
Our operations consultants assess the internal structure of the organization to identify ways to allocate resources, cut costs, restructure, or increase product quality by using appropriate ethical education and communication methods to improve performance and sustainability. Our consultants offer advice on how to enhance existing procedures and strategies to management for implementation of the necessary changes.
Our green consultantsassess the internal structure of the organization to identify ways to become more ecologically friendly (or green) to increase performance, reduce waste, and improve the bottom line to attract new customers and retain old customers. Our consultants measure the carbon footprint of individuals and organizations while applying the principles of reduce, reuse, and recycle to promote environmental awareness.
Dr. Andrea Pleshette Lowe, our President and CEO, is proud to be called a “servant” leader:
Andrea is the President and CEO of A & E Enterprise Management. The most important thing about Andrea is that she takes heart in what she does. She is an avid animal advocate and enjoys nature. In addition to her daily activities as a public health advocate, Andrea is an advocate for persons with disabilities, where she was appointed by the Governor of the State of Louisiana to the Governor’s Advisory Council for Disability Affairs.
Andrea is an energetic and fearless leader who takes a no excuses approach to the highest commitment of personal and professional ethics, management, and accountability. She has a Doctorate in Management (where she completed her dissertation on crime prevention in New Orleans), Masters in Public Health (where she completed her thesis through the LA Office of Public Health, Maternal and Child Health Section, Partners for Health Babies program), Bachelor in Social Science, Associate in General Studies, and Executive Leadership training at Harvard University John F. Kennedy School of Government.
Current and Former Memberships
In addition, Andrea developed and implemented a strategic planning workshop at Xavier University through their Nonprofit Management program. Her diversity across industry sectors includes administrative/technical experience in the oil and gas industry where she also provided guidance and support to Italian expatriates.
Internships and Training
Andrea consecutively completed a public health internship at the Louisiana Office of Public Health, Maternal and Child Health Section, and worked as a hospital liaison and director of education for Southern Eye Bank. Her work ethics proved beneficial at Southern Eye Bank where she crossed trained as a recovery technician to become skilled at delivering presentations in her role as educator and trainer. During this time, Andrea developed an eye health educational program for students in K-12 grade. In her leadership role at Southern Eye Bank, she worked with staff to strategize and develop grant proposals, formulate annual development plans to identify funding opportunities to support long-range strategic plans, participated in community and corporate health fairs, and conducted trainings and workshops for healthcare staff in the Greater New Orleans area.
Andrea: The Servant Leader
As a servant leader, Andrea understands the big picture that creates change in organizations. She provides focused and dynamic leadership for individuals and organizations across all sectors. Andrea has first-hand knowledge of the challenges of small businesses in this global environment. She has assisted in the startup of several nonprofit and small businesses, including management consulting, fundraising, needs assessment, capacity building, proposal writing, strategic planning, and leadership. Andrea has worked with executive board members to develop and implement annual goals and strategies, and provided leadership to board of directors, committees, and staff to meet long-range plans.
We are currently seeking leaders for our team to lead us into the future. We have new and exciting things on the horizon, and you can be the change needed for future generations.
